Bill Burr Biography

Bill Burr grew up outside of Boston Massachusetts. Having first gained notoriety for his recurring role on the second season of Chappelle's Show Bill developed a comedic style of uninformed logic that has made him a regular with Letterman Conan OBrien and Jimmy Fallon.
On November 11 Bill received a standing ovation for his sold out show at Carnegie Hall and the following night he received the prestigious Comedian of the Year Award from the Boston Comedy Festival; previous recipients include Steven Wright Denis Leary and Lewis Black. Bill is selling out theaters internationally with his second theater tour of Europe playing to standing ovations and rave reviews in London Copenhagen Oslo Helsinki and Stockholm.
Bill was seen in two episodes on the 2011 season of the hit AMC-TV show Breaking Bad and he was a contributing writer for the 2011 ESPYS hosted by Seth Meyers.
