The 1974 Super Outbreak is when Bill began his life-long fascination with the weather. As a young kid in Kentucky he witnessed one of the 148 tornadoes during that record setting 24 hours of April 3-4. Bill is a degreed meteorologist and has worked on-air in television stations in Iowa Wisconsin and Utah.
After his TV days were over he worked in sales product and executive roles with several well-known weather companies including The Weather Channel WSI Weather Central and AccuWeather.
