Big Red Machine is an American experimental folk rock band. The band is made up of Justin Vernon of Bon Iver fame and Aaron Dessner of The National fame. The two have been collaborating since 2008 when Dessner messaged Justin Vernon on MySpace. Big Red Machine released their eponymous debut album in August 2018.
