Biagio Bill Sciacca, sometimes known as Bill, grew raised in Northeast Pennsylvania's coal mining area. He has a bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology as well as a master's and doctoral degree in business administration.
He has been teaching at the university level since 1982, and recently accepted a full-time academic position at Penn State University, one of the top ten research universities in the world, where he lectures in Micro and Macro Economics, Marketing, Leadership, Strategic Management, and Interpersonal Skills in Business.
