Bernd Radig is Professor of Informatics and member of the Emeriti of Excellence-group of the Technische Universität München (TUM). His current activities are in real-time image sequence understanding for applications in robotics sports driver assistance systems and online analysis of human facial expressions to classify emotions.
He was co-founder principal researcher and member of the executive board of the Cluster of Excellence Cognition for Technical Systems (CoTeSys).
