Bernard was raised in Montreux Switzerland. From this small town which benefits from a worldwide reputation for international congresses and festivals he got a taste for international challenges and projects of a wider scope.
This brought him to Russia in 1996 where he worked successively as a Marketing Director for Nestle Food LLC and VP Marketing for ru-Net Holdings (including Yandex.ru). Later he spent 3 years at Nespresso SA.Bernard holds an MA of Political Sciences of Lausanne University and has attended an IMD Venture Booster program.
