Ben Fry is the founder and CEO of Fathom, a Boston-based design, and software firm. He earned his doctorate from the MIT Media Laboratory's Aesthetics + Computation Group, where he worked on integrating areas including computer science, statistics, graphic design, and data visualization to better comprehend information.
