He appeared in supporting roles of McCarthy's films Bridesmaids Identity Thief and The Heat. He also co-starred in What to Expect When You're Expecting and Enough Said. Tammy his directorial debut starring McCarthy was released in 2014. Most recently he served as director of the comedy The Boss which also stars his wife Melissa McCarthy.
