Ben is an accomplished mediator and conflict resolution professional, in addition to being a trainer, consultant, and keynote speaker. He has assisted the settlement of dozens of workplace conflicts in government and private sector companies as a qualified master trainer, coach, and consultant with Mediation Training Institute International. Furthermore, and perhaps more significantly, he teaches individuals how to settle their own disputes and assists companies in managing workplace conflict strategically. Ben is a member of the Tarrant County Association of Mediators' board of directors and its first vice president. Ben has written a number of training programs, articles, and books. The Physician Manager, Texas-New Mexico Power Corporate Communicator, NCDA Journal, and other company and organization journals have published his work. He writes a weekly column for the Fort Worth Business Press and sends out a monthly e-newsletter called Productivity Tips. His second book, Two Minute Tips for Increased Effectiveness, is based on his contributions to Power Tools for Executives.
