This 192-page hardback book offers advice on how to increase consumer traffic, increase sales and profitability, and improve customer retention. Barry travels 300,000 kilometers each year across five continents to deliver up to 120 keynote talks and supervise roughly 15 strategic planning workshops. He is a regular consumer analyst on ABC radio, has been interviewed on Today Tonight for a number of themes, has a monthly part for the airline in-flight audio program Strictly Business, and provides articles to 47 publications throughout the world. Barry Urquhart holds degrees in marketing, political science, and sociology and was a former instructor in Marketing and Management at the Curtin University of Technology.
