Barbara Barbie Ferreira is a plus-size model and actress who is best known for her role as Kat Hernandez on HBO's popular series Euphoria. Ferreira grew up in Queens, New York, before relocating to Maywood, New Jersey. Her mother, grandmother, and aunt reared her.
Ferreira began her modeling career as a youngster when she submitted modeling photographs to an open casting call at American Apparel.
