At Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, Barbara Kellerman is the James MacGregor Burns Lecturer in Public Leadership. She served as the Founding Executive Director of the Kennedy School Center for Public Leadership from 2000 to 2003, and as the Center Research Director from 2003 to 2006.
Professorships at Fordham, Tufts, Fairleigh Dickinson, George Washington, and Uppsala Universities have all been held by Kellerman. She was also the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the Director of the Center for the Advanced Study of Leadership at the University of Maryland's Academy of Leadership. Kellerman graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a B.A.
