Avivah Wittenberg-Cox is a 20-first Managing Partner. She works with innovative firms interested in the other half of the talent pool and the other half of the market - the female half – as a consultant, coach, trainer, and author based in Paris. She assists businesses in developing more inclusive leadership styles, promoting gender-balanced management teams, and reviewing procedures and policies to better react to women — both as workers and as customers. She has spent the last 15 years listening to men and women discuss their professional goals, leadership, and performance. She is the Founder and Honorary President of the European Professional Women's Network, one of Europe's largest and fastest-growing professional networks, and co-author of "Women, Careers, and Competitive Advantage." She is a qualified executive coach who worked at INSEAD for five years as a Visiting Coach. She has given talks around Europe on career management and women's leadership problems, and her articles and interviews have appeared in newspapers such as the International Herald Tribune and the Financial Times. She started her career as a computer programmer for L'Oréal and subsequently worked for Towers, Perrin in Brussels and Geneva for several years. Avivah is Canadian, French, and Swiss, with a BA from the University of Toronto, an MBA from INSEAD, and completion of Harvard's Women's Leadership Program.
