Ashley Blazer Biden is the former Executive Director of the Delaware Center for Justice Inc., the leading non-profit in Delaware committed to transforming the quality of justice through advocacy policy reform and direct service programming for youth and adults impacted by the criminal justice system- including perpetrators of crime victims of crime and promise youth. Biden is also well known as the daughter of President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
Prior to becoming the executive director in November 2014, Ashley was the associate executive director of DCJ for two years; overseeing all direct service programs. Ashley spent 5 years as an Education & Career Development Liaison for the Delaware Department of Services for Children Youth and Their Families and worked at West End Neighborhood House in Wilmington Delaware as an employment and education case manager for youth aging out of foster care. After graduation from college Ashley spent five years working as clinical support staff for Northwestern Human Services: Children’s Reach Mental Health Clinic in Philadelphia.
