Arta Dobroshi shot to international renown for her role in 'Lorna's Silence', directed by Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, which won best screenplay at Cannes Film Festival and for which she was nominated for Best Actress at the European Film Awards. 'Three Worlds' won Arta Best Actress at the WIFTS and a nomination at the Césars.
She was awarded the Shooting Star at the Berlinale, where the jury commented: "Arta displays a wealth of warmth and humanity. Her sensitivity and smartness literally take over the big screen." Arta has starred in 'Baby', produced and starred in 'Atis' and executive produced 'HOME', directed by Daniel Mulloy.
