Anthony P. Carnevale is the head of the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce and a research professor at Georgetown University. He has worked in the US Senate and House of Representatives as a senior staff member and vice president of the Educational Testing Service.
He was chosen to lead the National Commission on Employment Policy by President Bill Clinton in 1993. Following that, President George W. Bush nominated him to the White House Commission on Technology and Adult Education. Carnevale co-wrote the main affidavit in Rodriguez v.
