She has anchored every possible newscast from evening and morning news to noon and weekend news. Also an actor Martinez moved to Los Angeles in 2002 and has worked on several films and television programs including Mel Gibson's Paparazz 10-8: Officers on Duty and Strong Medicine. She has also appeared in several national commercials. But her real labor of love is her family. In 1995 Martinez married her college sweetheart and they have two young sons.
