Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, is Real Estate Strategies Corporation's Relationship Manager, Strategist, and President & CEO. As the company's creator and CEO, he continues to assemble a diversified and powerful team to deliver real estate consulting and transaction services to public, private, not-for-profit, multinational, and domestic corporations across the United States. Andrew has led “RealStrat” to accomplish several notable and very difficult projects on behalf of its clients. Andrew is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida, as well as a Texas and Indiana real estate teacher. He is a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and was recently named Founder and Chairman of the SIOR Tenant Representation Specialty Practice Board.
