Dr. Andrew Steer is the President and CEO of the World Resources Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to supporting economic growth while also safeguarding the environment. Dr. Steer came to WRI after serving as Special Envoy for Climate Change at the World Bank from 2010 to 2012. He was Director-General of the UK Department of International Development (DFID) in London from 2007 to 2010.
