Chef Anahita Dhondy comes from a family of Parsis settled in Delhi. Since childhood her world has revolved around food. She takes inspiration from her mother who cooks and caters Parsi food and baking cakes. She pursued her culinary dream by enrolling into IHM-Aurangabad which she passed with honors in Culinary Arts.
She trained at Taj properties and the BBC at JW Marriott. After completing a Cordon Bleu Grand Diplome in London Dhondy returned to India and collaborated with veteran restaurateur A.D. Singh to launch the first SodaBottleOpenerWala in New Delhi in 2013 as Chef Manager when she was 23.
