Allison Tolman graduated from Baylor University with a BFA in theatrical performance before moving to Dallas, where she spent her time acting and helping to found and foster the independent non-profit, Second Thought Theatre. Allison moved to Chicago in the summer of 2009 and was accepted into Second City's Conservatory Training Program. Since graduating in January of 2011, she's performed sketch and satire with several groups throughout the city including Second Day Party Hair, Unattended Packages, and The City Life Supplement.
Allison has worked with Hell in a Handbag Productions and Bootstraps Comedy Theatre as an actress and producer. She can also be seen guest starring in "Sordid Lives - The Series" and "The Mindy Project." However, Tolman is best known for her role as Molly Solverson in the television crime series, "Fargo." Most recently, she was cast in the 2015 mystery/thriller, "The Gift," starring Jason Bateman, Joel Edgerton, and Rebecca Hall.
