Alli is the founder of Drybar and a lifelong blowdry maven. Before becoming a full-time mom to Grant and Kit, Alli had a career in public relations, working with clients such as Faith Hill, Paul McCartney and Keith Urban.
She’s a professional hairstylist, trained by Toni & Guy, and spent several years working under the late, great John Sahag in NYC. In 2008, she began a side business called Straight-at-Home, which provided in-home blowouts on a referral basis in LA. When her business and popularity quickly outgrew her one-woman show, she decided to expand and start Drybar.
