MSN, MHA, FACHE Alison Page is a health care CEO with extensive operational and organizational leadership expertise. She has significant experience managing community improvement projects, with particular expertise in strategic planning, health care operations, governance, cultural change, ethics and accountability, and patient safety. Alison became the CEO of Baldwin Area Medical Center in 2009.
Previously, she was a part of Fairview Health Services' senior management team, a large, integrated health care delivery organization in Minnesota. Alison worked at Fairview for seven years as the company's Chief Safety Officer. Prior to it, she was in charge of Fairview Red Wing Health Services' operations. Alison graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
