Alicia Boler-Davis was named senior vice president Global Quality & Customer Experience effective July 1 2013. This appointment expands her customer experience role from a U.S. position to oversee the rest of the world where GM does business. Ms. Boler-Davis is a member of the GM Executive Operations Committee. In February 2012 Ms. Boler-Davis was appointed to U.S.
vice president Customer Experience. Later that year her role was expanded to vice president Global Quality and U.S. Customer Experience. Previously Ms. Boler-Davis was plant manager of Orion Assembly and Pontiac Stamping simultaneously. This appointment included the dual role of vehicle line director and vehicle chief engineer North America Small Cars which she held until January 2011.
