Cooper was co-founded by Alan Cooper in 1992. He is well-known for his revolutionary work in software design, which has helped to humanize technology. He's also the author of the book The Inmates Are Running the Asylum: Why High-Tech Products Drive Us Crazy and How to Restore Sanity and About Face: The Essentials of Interaction Design.
