Adam Mesh came in second place on the NBC reality show Average Joe. Mesh subsequently had his own sitcom, Average Joe: Adam Returns, which he starred on. The show tracked his several dates with ladies, culminating in his final decision. Samantha Trenk was chosen by Adam Mesh.
He was presented with a manly problem halfway through the play when a bus came with lovely women in bikinis. He requested that the producers send them home, which they gladly agreed to. Mesh married his lover Jessica Malca in Miami, Florida, on May 28, 2006. After Mesh's breakup with Trenk in 2004, the two began dating.
