Adam Keefe Horovitz, often known as Ad-Rock or King Ad-Rock, is a rapper, musician, and actor from the United States. He is most known for being a member of the Beastie Boys, a hip-hop group. Kathleen Hanna, a singer, and feminist activist is his wife.
Horovitz began his musical career as a member of the Young and the Useless, a punk rock band that frequently collaborated with the Beastie Boys. Beastie Boys guitarist John Berry left the band in 1982, and Horovitz took his place. At the time, he was just 16 years old.
