Abigail Wen is a renowned AI expert, filmmaker, and New York Times bestselling author. Her debut young adult novel, “Loveboat, Taipei" (2020), inspired by her experience at Taiwan's Chien Tan program, became a bestseller and was adapted into the 2023 film “Love in Taipei”, which she executive-produced.

The Loveboat series includes “Loveboat Reunion” (2022) and ‘Loveboat Forever” (2023), with her middle-grade novel “The Vale” (2025) exploring AI ethics. Wen holds a BA from Harvard, a JD from Columbia Law School, and an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She has worked in venture capital, hosts Intel’s AI podcast, and speaks on AI ethics and equity.
