Dr. Ring is a recognized leader in the field of protein engineering and in its use for targeting novel pathways of the immune system. He was a primary inventor of the core technologies of Ab Initio Biotherapeutics.

Currently, he is the Robert T. McCluskey Yale Scholar and Assistant Professor of Immunobiology at the Yale School of Medicine.
