Trusted Inspirational Speaker Receives Prestigious Award

Allison Massari is an acclaimed keynote speaker, entrepreneur, visual artist, and burn survivor who has inspired audiences globally with her message of resilience and compassionate leadership. After surviving a 1998 car accident that left her with severe burns over 50% of her body and a subsequent 2001 crash causing a brain injury, she transformed adversity into a powerful narrative of triumph. Named a Top 10 Motivational Speaker by Meetings & Conventions Magazine, she was recently inducted into the National Speakers Association’s 2025 Speaker Hall of Fame.

The event took place on July 29th in Scottsdale, Arizona at a large gathering of family, friends, and industry contemporaries where Massari received the Council of Peers Award of Excellence (CPAE), the most prestigious award in the speaking industry, likened to an actor earning an Oscar.

There are fewer than 200 CPAE recipients globally, and only 65 women have received this honor in its history. A rigorous and careful evaluation process is in place, with recipients selected based on their overall level of integrity, message delivery, and professionalism.

She is also a prolific artist with her works featured in the Museum of Fine Arts. With four successful businesses and appearances on PBS and in the documentary “Resolve: A Guide to Post Traumatic Growth”, she empowers healthcare, corporate, and nonprofit audiences to overcome burnout and embrace courage. This CPAE Hall of Fame Award is a full-circle moment for Massari. Her first speaking award, 14 years ago, was when she was honored as the “#1 Rising Star” by the National Speakers Association.
